Images for Proof of Delivery:

• Purpose: To maintain transparency and provide confirmation of delivery, we require drivers to capture images of the goods at the time of delivery.
• Scope: These images should clearly show the condition and quantity of the goods delivered.
• Use: These images serve as a record and proof of delivery, aiding in dispute resolution, if necessary, and enhancing trust among all parties involved in the transaction.

Data Protection and Security

• Storage: Collected images are stored securely in our database with restricted access.
• Retention: Images are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or as required by law.
• Sharing: We do not share these images with third parties except as necessary for legal compliance or with explicit consent from the user.
